Why is this end table so eco-friendly? It is handmade from the wood of the Acacia tree, a very plentiful tree species in South East Asia. The use of this wood is super sustainable because it comes from some of the fastest growing, most abundant trees in the world. Each table is finished with all natural, non-toxic oils, making them safe for any area of the home and for the environment. All of these products were hand-carved and finished by local Chiang Mai, Thailand artisans.
Dimensions and Weight: 22" Tall, 12" square bottom base, 14" square top. Weight is 35 lbs.
Product Care: Acacia is a durable wood, so it can survive outdoors if properly finished and in a covered area. We recommend tung or teak oil, as they're eco-friendly and naturally water resistant. While direct sunlight can cause more cracking on the ends of Acacia wood, you can rub a natural wood oil to seal it and preserve its natural beauty.
NOTE: No two natural wood products are the same! Our wood products may have different variations in tone, small cracks that are sanded and finished, knots or other slight imperfections. This is a result of them being hand-picked and hand-carved pieces so every single one is unique.
